• Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition
• Loading and unloading glass will require crane operation and/or manual lifting
• Work with load lists to locate and gather glass for the loading of trucks including scanning glass onto trucks
• Ensure proper reading of tags for glass selection and accuracy of shipments
• Organize and secure loaded glass with appropriate packing material
• Load and secure glass onto truck(s) or frames
• Assist in ensuring quality standards are met by inspecting glass loaded on truck(s)
• Print bills of lading for drivers based on loaded trucks
• Monitor general housekeeping and assist with all tasks when required
• Operate a forklift as required
• Adhoc requests throughout the plant as required

• Positive attitude with customer service orientation
• Responsive to change in priorities and immediate demands
• Possess organizational skills
• Entry level position
• Maximum manual lifting requirement of up to 75 lbs
• Prefer Forklift certification
• Prefer Crane certification
• Work flexible hours as required
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday
• Daily and/or weekly overtime required, not to exceed statutory legislation
• Will provide all training as required

• Must be able to consistently lift up to 75 lbs at plant location
• Be able to maintain composure in a continuously changing environment
• Be able to remain in an upright position for long periods of time
