About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sorter Operator to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Sorter Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate sorting of materials and products. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to the success of our operations. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience operating sorting equipment and machinery

* Forklift certification

* Experience with inventory management systems

Responsibilities:

* Sort and organize materials and products according to established procedures

* Inspect materials and products for defects or damage

* Maintain accurate records of sorted materials and products

* Operate sorting equipment and machinery

* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

Skills:

As a Sorter Operator, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all materials and products are sorted accurately and efficiently. You will also use your physical strength and stamina to lift and move materials as needed. In addition, you will collaborate with other team members and use your communication skills to ensure that all operations run smoothly. Your experience with sorting equipment and inventory management systems will be beneficial in this role.
