When you join the Goodwill NNE team, you're not just getting a job; you're becoming part of a community that looks out for its employees and their well-being.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to display a positive, friendly attitude to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service.Ability to safely operate specialized warehouse-powered and non-powered equipment: baler, tilter, tag in/tag out.Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties.Ability to become certified in First aid and CPR.Ability to complete GINNE safety certification training.Criminal background check and driving check that meets agency standards.Preferred Qualifications:Previous warehouse experienceFirst Aid or CPR certificationAbility to work independently and to follow directions with limited supervision.Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.Essential Functions:Being able to lift 25 lbs. continuously.Standing for the duration of the assigned shift.Inspect and sort items based on predetermined requirements.Ability to work as part of a team.Maintain a clean and safe work environmentAbility to use a hand jack
