Sourcing Specialist, 33 Lewis Rd. Shift. Day. Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $27.80 - $41.69 per hour, depending on experience. Overview. Coordinates the prudent purchase and contracting of commodities, equipment, services, as assigned, in accordance with internal policies and procedures, including but not limited to investigating alternatives, reviewing cost effectiveness, soliciting bids, and negotiating with vendors. Works closely with the Value Analysis Coordinator of Procurement, MMIS System Administrator, Contract Specialist, Purchasing Agents, and Purchasing Assistants. Will coordinate contracts that cross lines of responsibility throughout all UHS facilities in all assigned areas of responsibility. Education/ Experience.
