• Must have valid work authorization
• Must have experience as a Hands-On Sous Chef
• Must have experience writing menus and marketing
• Must have excellent knife skills
• Provides exceptional meals and service
• Front of the House customer service experience
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Must have experience with high-volume catering
• Must have experience with menu development
• Must know how to train staff
• Five-plus years of cooking experience is required
• Food Handlers' card is required
• Must pass the background check
