Position is located near Weirton, West Virginia.

Established, multifaceted concept offering casual & fine dining options along with private dining and busy banquet business. Professional, gracious levels of genuine hospitality.

Working alongside the Executive Chef, you'll be using your talents to help bring the food for both restaurants and Private Dining/Banquets Ops to the next level and using your leadership skills to inspire and develop your team. Exciting opportunity to play a very visible role in helping to raise the profile of this already successful property.

Please be a creative, lead by example , sous chef with exposure in A la carte and banquet operations. Experience in upscale dining and high volume with a Resort, Hotel or Restaurant ideal.
