An international agricultural products and services company, we handle agricultural commodities and have a diverse portfolio of products and businesses.**Summary**PerdueAgriBusiness is seeking a **Soy Crew Leader - Night shift** at the **Trenton, KY** location.This position will be responsible for the processing operation oversight and to ensure associate safety and compliance at all timesThe working hours are 9 pm to 6 am**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**+ Assist the plant manager in managing the operations+ Ensure working conditions for all associates are in compliance with the safety guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies as well as company policies+ Assist the plant manager in coordination and directing the daily activities of crews and teams for Soy Crushing functions+ Train, develop, and follow up to ensure team members are able to perform required operations tasks+ Cover positions when and wherever needed, to avoid any undue hardship on other associates+ Accurate daily production reporting+ Perform job within established CGMP's+ Perform other tasks as assigned**Minimum Education**+ High School Graduate or GED, further education preferred**Experience Requirements**+ Basic leadership skills+ Knowledge of manufacturing technologies+ Knowledge of safety programs and requirements+ Knowledge of environmental programs and requirements+ Understanding of standard software applications+ Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**+ Able to move freely throughout the AgriBusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150')+ Able to carry tools and equipment (0 -50 lbs)+ Exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 degree Fahrenheit)+ Humidity (0 - 100%)+ Noise (50db to 100db)+ Chemical (MSDS sheets available)+ Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus, hard hat, safety glasses, protective footwear and other PPE as required_Perdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
