Job Description:

Hand & Stone in Huntsville, AL is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team.

You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling team-oriented environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program!

This is a sales & customer service position, that rewards heavily for performance!

Job Requirements:

* One year of sales or customer service experience

* Ability to hit sales goals

* Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales

* Team player and a positive/energetic attitude

* Excellent customer service skills

* Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program

* Multi-task in busy setting

* Welcome and greet guests upon arrival

* Phone & computer experience

* Professionalism

What You'll Do:

* Drive sales by hitting goals and promoting our services

* Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

* Answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades

* Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere

* Multi-task in a busy setting while delivering excellent customer service
