The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

* Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

* Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

* Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades

* Answer phones and accurately schedule appointments

* Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage and facial therapy

* Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

* Promote a positive, energetic atmosphere

* Perform various other duties as assigned

* Knowledge of Microsoft windows and Zenoti (will train)

* Able to communicate effectively with team members as well as clients

* Ability to multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest experience
