Reconnect with yourself and nature at Wildflower Farms. description here. Job DescriptionThe Spa Supervisor is a vital part of the Spa and Wellness Management team. In this role you will ensure the highest level of luxury service provided at front desk, lounge/locker room, pool/sauna and fitness center. You will support team members, enforce Spa procedures and work to ensure that spa equipment is functioning well ensuring that clients leave happy and refreshed.
  • Train and ensure all front desk associates deliver exceptional service, offering corrective counseling when needed
  • Ensure front desk staff are monitored and informed of treatments, groups, and other promotions
  • Explain services, treatments, and procedures
  • Maintain inventory levels by ensuring proper stock levels on retail and professional on hand and in rooms
  • Conduct daily treatment room checklist inspection noting inconsistencies and accuracies
  • Responsible for the day to day spa operation duties to include opening and closing, cash handling procedures and general facility maintenance
  • Assist Spa Director and Assistant Spa Manager in ensuring all monthly sales goals are being achieved
  • Diffuse guest challenges and communicate guest problems or complaints to the Assistant Spa Manager on Duty in a timely fashion
  • Product knowledge and training, supply orders, inventory counts and month end reports
  • Inventory Management
  • Respond to any guest inquiries or concerns regarding their treatment or experience in Spa and Fitness
  • Ensures employees are providing exceptional customer service and adhering to Auberge standards
  • Oversees cleanliness and presentation of the Facilities
  • Be knowledgeable on the hotel/spa and speak confidently about other outlets in the hotel
Rate: $24/hrQualifications
  • Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Self-directed and detail oriented
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Previous hospitality experience a plus
  • You must be available to work weekends, holidays and some evenings
  • Punctual, reliable and confident
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Can stand for up to 8 hours a day
