Particular focus on maintenance of regulatory requirements, collecting and analyzing data, reporting trends, identifying areas for process improvement and assisting with development of training to improve the patient care experience.   • Registered Nurse, currently licensed in the State Of Washington (or MLC recognized by the State of Washington)
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certificate (maintenance required)
  • Current ACLS (maintenance required)
  • Current PALS (maintenance required)
  • Current TNCC Provider (maintenance required)
  • Completion of NIH Stroke Scale training
  • Three years' experience in acute care nursing with some previous leadership experience
What is preferred...
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, business, leadership, or related field (preferred)
  • Completion of college-level course in statistics
  • Experience with quality improvement processes (e.g., the IHI Model for Improvement)
Additional InformationWage: Wage range currently starts at $39.42 /hour and goes up to $72.29/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. FTE: .25 = 10 hours/week Benefits: This position is not benefits eligible Union Status: This is a WSNA union covered position
