Achieve extraordinary things when you join our team, and make a difference in your professional development, the community, and around the globe!Primary Purpose of this Position:Review, monitor and analyze performance in both Manufacturing and Supply chain to identify optimization opportunities. Manage and maintain the Global Best Practice System to optimize end to end operations, enhance product quality, and drive continuous improvement.What will you be responsible for?
Lead strategic and operational improvement projects from identification, inception, and analysis to implementation and sustainable execution that delivers Manufacturing and or Supply Chain cost savings. Manage Global KPI reporting and monitoring to enable continuous improvements and problem solving. Facilitate knowledge sharing by initiating best practice sharing and benchmarking Globally. Analyze and monitor progress indicators, from various systems globally, to enable comparison and benchmark within both Manufacturing (Aerosol, Cans, Ends, and Supply Chain). Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Document, manage and maintain Global Best Practice portal and system.What are we looking for? Minimum of 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Environment. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline - Preferred. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change management. Influence: Ability to facilitate and influence at all levels of the organization. Finance: Financial and analytical skills. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]Hiring Salary Range: $83,200 - $116,390 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.Ball includes a comprehensive benefits structure.
