Job Location : Riverside,CA, USA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain all inventory records.
* Lead cycle counters in conducting cycle count of all materials according to ABC classification designed by the incumbent.
* Coordinate with other departments on completing order closing.
* Assist with vendors/customers on report and physical inventory requests.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
* Run daily/week/monthly inventory reports, including daily and weekly inventory health reports, which will require incumbent to work with department leaders to resolve issues and publish month-end official report.
* Develop inventory procedures, which include the inventory adjustment procedure and approval process as well as ad-hoc requests to add/remove inventory.
* Ensure adherence to inventory procedures.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient with MS Office. Ability to perform create charts and utilize advanced functions such as VLookup , pivot table and if . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Forklift certified. Experienced in major ERP systems required (SAP strongly preferred). Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred.
Education Requirements: Associates degree in related field and five years related leadership experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Range $23.00 - $30.00.
