• Ensure that individuals supported are treated with respect and dignity
• Interacts in a polite, honest, positive and professional manner
• Supports people in activities on their own choosing at home and in the community
• Assists individuals to develop a positive self-image; encourage independence with adult day living skills providing assistance whenever needed
• Work in multiple programs and be able to work on all three shifts. Rotating weekly schedule
• Flexible, and work in excess of 40 hours when needed
