A team of specialized consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are at and deliver for them through strong operations, incredible guest experience, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Teams in Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop.

As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Understanding sales goals and planning daily/weekly workload.
• Leading and developing a team of consultants.
• Encouraging team to use tools available in their department to enhance guest experience.
• Supporting execution of revisions, sales plans, and merchandising.
• Evaluating candidates for open positions and developing a guest-centric team.
• Ensuring fitting rooms are welcoming and safe.
• Modeling a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Addressing store needs and supporting guest services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements:

• Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.
• Interpret instructions, reports, and information.
• Handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed.
• Lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
