Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach team member expectations to deliver on our GUEST service model culture. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. Understand sales goals, plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your ETL, and execute the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement; including planning merchandising, transitions, revisions, sales plans, events and promotions. Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions.
