Actalent is currently hiring Specimen Accessioner in the

Houston, Texas, 77040, United States

Job Description:

* Clinical specimen accessioning

* Sample sorting

* Sample retrieval

* Data entry of patient information

* Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing

* Unpack and route specimens to staging areas

* Identify and label specimens

* Pack and ship specimens to testing facilities

* Prepare and store excess specimen samples

Skills & Qualifications:

* Highschool Diploma or GED

* MUST type 35 wpm

* No relative experience required; 1-2 years preferred

* Previous medical or production experience is a plus

* Must have good data entry skills
