Your Role as a Speech Pathologist

In this impactful position, you will:

  • Evaluate, assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients facing speech and language challenges.
  • Identify issues and modify therapy approaches as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Track and document patient performances, progression, and responses to treatments.
  • Celebrate and acknowledge patient achievements as they progress in their recovery.

Qualifications Needed

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • A Master's degree preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with applicable field experience.
