Qualifications

  • A heartfelt desire to serve patients and families with the highest level of care
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or a related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospice setting, including experience in family counseling regarding loss, grief, death, and dying.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs to manage the average adult's weight effectively.
