In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for carefully hand-cutting sponge blocks using a handsaw. You'll work in a temperature-controlled room kept at around 40 degrees to ensure the candy stays fresh and easy to work with. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.As part of Platters Chocolate Factory's production team, you'll not only be cutting sponge but also assisting in various stages of our chocolate-making process.
