Job Summary:

Sports information game day staff assist the athletic department and sports information office in game-day operations: statistics input, live camera and streaming production, photography, and other duties as assigned. Sports include but are not limited to: men's soccer, women's soccer, women's volleyball, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, softball and women's lacrosse.

Essential Job Functions:

Statisticians

* Learn, input, and distribute live statistics for home sporting events (instruction will be provided)

* Set up and tear down equipment

Camera/Production/Photography

* Work in BlueFrame Production Truck software to live stream events (instruction will be provided)

* Set up and tear down equipment

Qualifications:

* Professional

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Passion for Bethel athletics

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Basic computer, camera, a/v, photography skills (instruction will be provided)

* Basic knowledge of sports

Job Expectations:

* Attend Sports Information student staff meetings and training sessions

* Availability on weeknights (usually between 6p-9p) and Saturdays during scheduled Bethel home games

* Roughly between 3-10 hours per week, depending on schedules

* Willingness to commit to a team's home events or a season (fall, winter, spring) (not required)

* Check emails/texts regularly for communications from supervisor
