Job Summary/Basic Functions
The employee will assist with all Athletic Sports Turf areas on campus. The tech will manage and prepare field maintenance throughout the athletic seasons. The employee will assist in all Sports Turf lease agreements.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum Experience Required - One year of related experience in turf maintenance is required. - Related experience in layout, design, construction Equivalencies - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Licensure & Certifications: A valid state driver's license is required.

Job Duties:
* 35% - Assist with oversight for the Athletics Sports Turf areas on campus and athletic complex. - ()
* 30% - Complete Athletic Field Set-ups/Game Management and prepare fields for practice and competitions. - ()
* 15% - Provide support and assistance on Special Projects and events as they arise - ()
* 15% - Manage and Maintenance of sport specific equipment - ()
* 5% - Support the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned - ()
