Spray Craftsman Needed - THE RESTORATION STATION : Job Details

MUST HAVE FINISHING EXPERIENCE!!!! Have you worked with paints, stains, and lacquers to make the ideal finish for customers? Come join our team! Can safely lift 60lbs routinely, and up to 120lbs with a partner • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Work within the established safety protocols in the wood shop Additional leadership opportunities exist beyond the Sr. Furniture Finisher role, as The Restoration Station continues its aggressive expansion • Learn and become sufficient in sanding, taping, painting, first coat, and second coat application by brush • Learn and become sufficient in all forms of wood finishing • finishing techniques • Independently and consistently finish 5-6 tag items per 8 hours worked • Learn all finish team terms, systems/expectations and products • Work well with a team and be able to take instruction from team leads • Continue to progress each week in speed and understanding • Meet performance quotas and have work that consistently passes high-quality control standards • Must have reliable means of transportation (We expect all of our team members to be at work on time and consistently)
