Yoh is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Paint Finisher to join our client L3Harris in Amityville, NY. As a Spray Paint Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish. - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Mix and apply spray paint according to specifications, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, adjusting as needed.
- Maintain and clean spray-painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Document and report any issues or discrepancies in the painting process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or finishing is a plus.
- Proven experience in spray painting or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
- Must be available to work 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2;30pm - 12am.
