The position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in learning more about many areas of a trade publishing company in relation to strategic development and the supply chain, including sales, publicity, marketing, analytics, finance, inventory, and contracts.Responsibilities include:
- Drafting pitch and business review presentations
- Business Intelligence Analysis and Verification
- Analyzing Metadata Results
- Participating in company anniversary and book celebrations (including internal marketing and merchandising)
- Running sales and inventory reports
- Overseeing special projects and doing analysis as assigned
- Providing general administrative support
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Adobe, with the ability to apply that knowledge to ABRAMS' proprietary programs, software, and databases. Knowledge of Python and SQL a plus.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be organized, detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects.
