- Possess superior communication, analytical and organizational skills- Exhibit goal oriented behaviors and time management - Customer-focused attitude- Apply extensive attention to detail - Work between projects and responsibilities with ease - Good in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Job Requirements- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance - 3+ years in office or accounting setting - Monthly journal entry prep and documentation - Statement reviews, preparing for management reports, balance sheet account reconciliation - Assist in preparation of annual budgets - Prepare sales tax returns and commission reports - Identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations for improvement - Accurately and efficiently measure, record, and report financial data- Critical thinking and decision skills - Balance Sheet account reconciliation - Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 with end of year bonuses
