Job Description Your JobKoch Global Services (KGS) is seeking a Sr. Administrative Partner to provide administrative and project-specific support for Koch Communications Marketing (KCM), our communications and marketing capability. This position involves extensive contact with various levels of internal personnel as well as external customers and service delivery providers. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work collaboratively with customers and admin peers. The candidate must be naturally curious, a continuous learner and advance in the adoption of existing and new technology to find ways of automating and simplifying work processes. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, can quickly adapt to change, enjoy learning and have organizational prowess, this is the role for you!What You Will DoProvide administrative support to the leadership team including calendar, meeting, event and catering coordination; expense reports; and travel booking.Serve as a change agent, manage and communicate any IT or related changes that may impact the team, understanding the impact and effectively communicating changes.Provide systems administration for internal team enablement tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.Identify and implement processes that further operationalize the group to promote efficient organization, engagement, and knowledge sharing amongst the team.Partner with supervisors to provide a seamless and repeatable onboarding experience for new hires.Act as a liaison, problem-solver, and facilitator as the first point of contact for KCM team members. Working with office support capabilities such as IT, AV, Facilities, Ambassadors.Providing support to additional Administrative Partners within the Admin Partner Capability.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Successful history working collaboratively, bringing a positive customer focus mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships.Strong organization skills, with experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and high attention to detail.Experience planning and executing events and managing small projects.What Will Put You AheadAdministrative experience working with large teams.Experience working with a creative agency or marketing team.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
