Oversee all aspects of Buy On Board (BOB) meal ordering process, including modeling, forecasting, waste management, and reporting for $10M of BOB revenue

 Establish and review meal ordering algorithm to maximize profitability and ensure accuracy  Review and communicate weekly and monthly performance results and variances  Oversee Airline Specific BOB meal ordering overage and shortage reporting  Ongoing review and approval of BOB related meal ordering procedures  Insure a high level of integrity exists in processes, procedures and published meal ordering results  Collaborate with cross-functional team to promote communication, solicit ideas, discuss issues and identify solutions  Manage sellouts to contractual levels  Develop reports to track data integrity issues involving missing transactions and timely data input  Work with CST, airline representatives, CSC's, LSG IT to develop appropriate reports pertaining to the improvement of the forecast, reduction of waste and increase of profitability  Work with HDQ security department in data analysis for potential security/theft issues in the CSC.  Develop processes to minimize waste of BOB boarded products

 Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred  Minimum three years experience with forecasting and planning in retail food industry  Minimum five years experience in an analyst role required  Minimum seven years accounting experience preferred  Experience in an airline catering environment preferred  Certified in PMP preferred  Ability to interface with all levels within the organization, as well as with internal and external customer representatives  Strong organizational and communications skills with capacity to manage multiple project workload  Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills  Must be able to work in a cross functional/matrix environment  Must have experience in a leadership role  Must be detail oriented  Computer skills to include , Strong MS Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint, SMART, LINK, SAP  Successful record in stretching to exceed Corporate expectations and organizational contributions
