Sr Business Analyst - Advantage Tech, Inc. : Job Details

Advantage Tech is looking for a Business Analyst for our Kansas City Client. As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will lead collaboration efforts with business units and technical teams to establish priorities for resolution of Hogan system problems and issues. You will determine the business needs and develop solutions to improve processes and functionality for the Hogan applications. You will also provide end user support for Hogan applications and their interfaces. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership. This role is hybrid (Tue & Wed on-site) How you'll spend your time:

• Partnering with our lines of business to determine business needs. Identifying, recommending, and developing solutions to improve processes and functionality as it relates to the Hogan applications.
• Developing and writing business and functional requirements for Hogan application changes.
• Managing and documenting Hogan specific application configuration (PCD) and BAU system changes.
• Organizing and overseeing team testing methodology for test scripts and appropriate full-cycle testing.
• Identifying risks to our company and to our internal and external customers and working with our business partners to mitigate and to eliminate the identified risks.
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide training for fellow business system analysts.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in performing systems analysis or similar analytical functions.
• You have experience with banking mainframe systems (i.e. Hogan Systems, Fiserv or FIS), and are proficient with TSO.
• You have knowledge of the fundamentals of banking.
• You have demonstrated working knowledge of testing techniques and procedures.

• You have specific experience with Hogan Systems.
