The full Pay Range is $114,700.00 - $213,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. You'll use your expertise to analyze opportunities, provide insights, and support high-level decision-making for strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth strategies. By aligning strategic direction with financial plans and providing executive-level recommendations, you'll directly contribute to BECU's transformation and long-term success.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide Strategic Consultation: Partner with division leaders to deeply understand their business models and drivers, offering expert recommendations to optimize strategies and drive impactful change.Drive Decision-Making: Deliver insightful and objective quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic and tactical decisions for leadership teams and cross-divisional stakeholders.Support Strategic Roadmaps: Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to align and optimize strategic roadmaps for key initiatives and projects.Influence Leadership: Provide data-driven recommendations to influence decisions at the Board, CEO, EVP, SVP, VP, and director levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Market and Competitive Analysis: Deliver insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform enterprise strategy development.Foster Growth Partnerships: Conduct thorough analyses of partnership and M&A opportunities, offering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders while maintaining strong external networks to identify growth opportunities.Develop Executive Narratives: Create executive-level presentations and narratives that clearly articulate business results, strategic insights, and recommended actions.Monitor Trends and Processes: Understand evolving business trends, provide process recommendations, and identify value delivery opportunities to improve alignment between strategies and financial goals.Ensure Strategic Alignment: Maintain alignment between strategic direction and financial plans, delivering Board-level updates to showcase progress and results.Perform Additional Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational priorities.This isn't just about ticking off tasks on a list.
