Job DescriptionJob Title: Commercial Construction Project Job Overview: As a Commercial Construction Project Executive you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints while meeting quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources required.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
    • Obtain necessary permits and licenses and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Budget and Cost Management:
    • Prepare and maintain project budgets and track expenses.
    • Control project costs by approving expenditures, monitoring invoice processing, and reviewing change orders.
  • Schedule Management:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules.
    • Monitor progress against schedule milestones and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Quality Assurance and Safety:
    • Implement quality control programs to ensure workmanship meets standards and specifications.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Team Leadership and Communication:
    • Lead project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff.
    • Conduct regular meetings to review project status, resolve issues, and coordinate tasks.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Risk Management:
