Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group and a leading-edge engineering, science and advanced technology solutions company have partnered to find Senior Contract Administrator. As the Sr Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the direct administration of contracts to include payment milestones, performance and funding issues, contract modifications, maintaining documentation and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of contracts administration experience in the government contracting space with broad knowledge of US Government acquisition principles and able to work independently. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage proposal responses, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Oversee contract modifications, change orders, and payment milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations (FAR), and socioeconomic programs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contractual documentation and file information.
  • Address performance and funding issues and maintain effective communication with customers.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelors Degree in a Business related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
  • Broad knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition terms and principles
  • Direct responsibility for the preparation and submittal of proposals to include review of U.S. Government solicitations to ensure company compliance, preparation of certifications, development of proposal costing, and conducting direct interface with U.S. Government counterparts.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain & maintain a Security Clearance for which you must be a U.S. citizen.
