JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Data Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for defining and building key performance metrics, creating reports and dashboards, and working closely with business stakeholders to track and measure the impact of automated workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes are optimized and decisions are data-driven. Job role and responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and maintain metrics, KPIs to measure business performance and the impact of process automation.
  • Design and implement automation strategies for data collection and reporting to enhance productivity.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business users and developers to understand workflows and recommend performance improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work within Agile methodologies to contribute to the lifecycle of performance tracking solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple data sources and processes.
  • Clearly communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to the team and business stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. Strong analytical skills are a must!
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres).
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation.
  • Experience with Streamlit, Dash, or other Python frameworks for interactive data presentations.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to clean, transform, and model data from multiple sources.
  • Experience creating automated reports and dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for iterative delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in process mining tools
  • Experience working with cloud-based databases
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $110K to $120K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
