TeleVox is seeking a dynamic and purposeful Sr. Director of Inside Sales to join our growing team. As the Sr. Director of Inside Sales, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by providing strategic direction, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and success within the inside sales team.
  • Team Development: Build and develop a strong and motivated inside sales team by hiring top talent, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business growth, identify market opportunities, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Focus and Goal-Orientation: Deliver on Key Performance Metrics within inside sales, including prospecting, engagement, sales, and retention.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Encourage and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the inside sales team, empowering them to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to identify and address sales challenges, overcome obstacles, and deliver effective solutions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Create a collaborative environment between the inside sales team, field sales, and account management organizations.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability within the inside sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
  • Proven history of success in new business sales, with at least 7-10 years of experience leading and building inside sales teams. **Applicants from healthcare and health technology sectors will be given preference**
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing sales approaches and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to make informed business decisions and drive sales performance.
