The Senior Director, Insights & Analytics: Tolebrutinib is responsible for leading a team focused on delivering Commercial Insights and Analytics (CI&A) including integrated analytics, forecasting, and market research (MR) that is used to derive deep insights in support of Sanofi's Tolebrutinib ambitions. This is a leadership role, and based on the experience of the candidate, they will have direct responsibilities for MR and I&A for Tolebrutinib supported by their team. Leading with an action-oriented insights approach, they will help drive local strategies and input into global strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement the CI&A strategy to maintain/manage service level agreements with key partners
  • Drive innovation for actionable insights
  • Inform strategic tradeoffs and operational execution
  • Ensure insights delivery tailored to brand stakeholders
  • Guide the brand planning process based on relevant analytics and market research
  • Act as a CI&A expert and cross-functional consultant
  • Manage the Quarterly Business Review process for Business Operations activities
  • Lead global forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practice sharing
  • Support market research planning initiatives
  • Manage vendor selection process and oversee multiple vendors
  • Lead the CI&A Team, developing people from both functional skills and leadership perspective

Education Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; a scientific degree (MS/PhD) preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 5+ years management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of US Pharmaceutical data industry standards
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies
  • Experience with vendor-side market research or CI firm preferred
  • Product launch experience strongly required
