As the Business Leader of our Field Services, you will lead the Honeywell Building Services organization within the region. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance, ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive Services Business in your region toward Digital Transformation, aiming to deploy new digital technology to serve customers, as well as transform the business to be more outcome-based model. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets, and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities and define team expectations, communicating those to stakeholders.
You will report directly to our General Manager and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
