Shifts and Pay Rates Available: Weekend (R) Shift: Friday - Sunday, 7:00am - 7:30pm Become an essential part of our fast-paced supply chain team in our distribution center. Your daily tasks will include accurately processing orders with assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as stand up order picker/ cherry picker as well as other powered equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisorUtilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded productsIdentify and communicate exceptions to the leadership teamFollow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperworkAbility to work overtime as neededFlexibility to train and work in multiple areasIdentify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concernsWork safely and maintain a clean work environmentParticipate in Lean Six Sigma activitiesOther duties as assigned ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day able to work safely at high levels, upwards of forty (40) feet able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours required to safely operate power industrial equipment as noted above occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Six months experience operating an Order Picker or Cherry PickerRequired to speak, read, write and comprehend the English languageThough our teammates hail from all corners of the world, our working language is English.
