Job Title: Sr Genesys Cloud CX Developer
Responsibilities:
- Developing inbound call flows using data inputs, data actions, and Genesys Cloud API
- Developing in queue flow, outbound flow, email, and chat
- Script development for screen pop and updating the script in call flows before transferring
Qualifications:
5 to 10+ years of Voice and Omnichannel experience required. Jira users. Agile experienced.
Required Skills:
- Providing Business As Usual IVR call flow change support
- New call flow build support
- Mentoring/Coaching other team members
- Elevated troubleshooting experience
