Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and effective Sr. Growth Manager with a proven track record of growth results delivering best-in-class merchant experiences through Partner channels. This is a client facing role, working with our most Strategic Partners and responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of Partner Sales and Marketing campaigns driving merchant attachment and product adoption at scale. The ideal candidate has strong sales, marketing, project management, and cross-functional planning skills.
QualificationsPayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $99300 to $216040.
Work ModelPayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
