The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a broad range of human resources, training, recruiting, and HRMS functions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and training and development.This is a permanent and mostly onsite position in Osseo, WI. 1 day work from home (after training).We will consider offering a relocation package to candidates willing to relocate to Osseo. Core Duties:
  • Facilitate full-cycle recruiting and hiring for positions ranging from professional level to manufacturing roles within the company. This includes sourcing, reviewing, screening, and interviewing applicants to ensure their experience matches job-related requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internal customer service.
  • Utilize data from various sources to suggest and implement appropriate employee and leadership corrective actions.
  • Work proactively with leaders to develop and enhance engagement, on-the-job training, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leadership and other business leaders to provide strategic support on key initiatives.
What we're looking for: :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in one or more HR disciplines, such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations.
  • Demonstrated record of implementing process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
