Sr HR Generalist - HEARTH&HOME TECHNOLOGIES : Job Details

Hearth and Home Technologies (HHT) in Lake City, MN is currently adding aSr. Human Resources Generalistto our team. This position will be an on-site role due to engagement with our team and employees. HHT is the world's largest manufacturer of hearth products (gas, electric and wood burning fireplaces, as well as Stoves) with a long history of exceptional products and customer satisfaction.This Sr. HR Generalist impacts a broad range of HR-related responsibilities and is a critical partner within the HR team and business. This position engages in every aspect of the employee life cycle and provides a wide range of activities and support to many programs and processes including; hiring in a high-volume environment, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, employee development and training, employee relations, compensation, policy development, reporting, and building talent pipelines in the community. This role must be well-versed in employment laws and standards, and compliance. The HR Generalist will also be involved with HR projects to support continuous improvement and operational efficiencies to enhance business results.Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to build and manage relationships with employees on the plant floor, leaders, and HR functional owners
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment keeping stakeholders informed
• Experience administering employee leaves and navigating policy requirements in FMLA, ADA, and LOA employment law
• Proven expertise and proficiency in Time and Attendance, and HRIS Systems– reporting and systems proficiency required

Required Education&Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources field OR combination of equivalent education and experience
• 4+ years' experience in Human Resources

• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
• Spanish Bilingual
