This dynamic role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple locations.Description
  • Develop and oversee HR functions, including talent management, training, development, and compliance initiatives.
  • Counsel leadership on HR matters, providing insights and guidance aligned with company policies and employment laws.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve employee relations concerns and complaints.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • Lead HR-related training on employment law, documentation, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee employee leaves (LOA, FMLA), compensation, and workplace safety.
  • Partner with operations and legal teams on labor relations, including managing unionized employees under CBAs.
  • Implement and manage talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company standards.Profile
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years of progressive HR experience required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel and Word skills.
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and judgment skills.
