Are you a senior-level pro with a strong background in IT Asset Management and project management? Were looking for someone with expertise in large-scale projects who can take the lead on key initiatives within our organization. And if you bring experience with ServiceNow SAM/HAM/CMDB deployments, thats a huge plus!

What Youll Do:

• Enterprise Change Management: Skilled in overseeing large-scale changes across enterprise environments to align with new strategic objectives.
• Policy Implementation: Proven ability to introduce and enforce new policies, driving a new way of working within organizations.
• Organizational Transformation: Experience leading substantial organizational shifts and adapting processes to support evolving business needs.
• ITSM and ITAM Expertise: Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), ensuring optimal performance and compliance of IT assets.
• Program Development and Maturation: Capable of building and maturing programs from the ground up, particularly in environments without pre-existing frameworks.
• Engagement and Stakeholder Management: Effective at securing buy-in and engagement from stakeholders, even when initiatives may not be their primary focus, by aligning with competing priorities and emphasizing value.

What Youll Need:

• Experience: 10+ years in asset management and project management in complex environments.
• Technical Skills: ServiceNow SAM, HAM, and CMDB knowledge is highly preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred; ITIL is a plus.
• Education: Bachelors in Business, IT, or a related field; Masters degree a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
