The Role:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Leader to lead their marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation services and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the IT services or technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Hybrid - 3 days a week at work

What you'll do?

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry leader.
• Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and analyze campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute events and industry engagements to promote the brand.
• Oversee and mentor the marketing team to achieve department goals.
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in IT or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Experience interacting and managing programs with Globally Distributed Teams
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
