Our client, a huge, global conglomerate involved in healthcare, and several industrial & consumer industries, is seeking a - Investment Manager OR Sr. Manager depending on experience, for their Development and Innovation Division within the Investment Strategy Group. $235k with 20% target bonus, HYBRID 2 days onsite with possibly 5 days during active active deals (flexible). Looking for prior experience on the Associate level, in investments banking and focused on M&A with strong Healthcare industry experience.

We are seeking a professional to research new investments in healthcare and execute new deals. Industries of focus (conglomerate): healthcare. This professional will be an integral part of small team and play an instrumental role in financial modeling and conducting business due diligence.

Strong accounting/financial modeling and analytical skills supported by a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently. High attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness in work

MUST HAVE: 4-7 years of experience in Investment Banking M&A focused on Healthcare

Bachelor's degree from a four-year university in business, finance, accounting or related area or equivalent experience required

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate new areas including creating financial models and conducting business diligence
• Acquisitions
• Financial modeling
• Conduct due diligence and execute new investments
• Provides support to facilitate business operations including participating in budget preparation, monthly update reports, etc.
• Business related deal sourcing, research and investment experience is required
