Include a driven focus on meeting customer needs in a demanding regulatory and research environment while leading and coordinating all manufacturing operations across the Liquid Value Stream. Ensuring the Liquid VS functions at peak efficiency with accurate communications and interfaces, developing the operations and manufacturing leadership teams while ensuring delivery of high-quality products in compliance with all applicable customer, business and regulatory requirements. Key Objectives of the role: Lead and drive EHS in manufacturing to achieve world-class metrics on recordable and lost time incidents. Develop processes to identify and eliminate risks through engineered solutions. Establish and improve the organization and processes to produce products in a timely, cost-effective, and quality manner for the Biologicals and Chemicals and Biosciences Divisions.
