The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Reporting & Analysis will be responsible for leading execution and improvement efforts for network modeling, storage and throughput capacity modeling, standardized DC reporting, operational visibility reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. Through leadership of his/her team, will regularly collaborate across multiple business groups to drive problem solving and business improvement. The ability to build and leverage strong relationships to achieve goals is critical. He/she will also build presentations and often present to senior and/or executive leadership to assist in developing operational strategy and efficiency within the Supply Chain and Distribution Center environment. As part of the Supply Chain Engineering, Planning, and Analytics senior team, will actively take part in associate talent review discussions and decisions. He/she will also work closely with other analytics teams across the enterprise to participate on/lead cross-functional visibility projects.The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Reporting & Analysis will lead a centralized team consisting of team members located remotely and within the DCs. As such, this leader must possess strong analytical and leadership skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for developing, generating, and publishing DC reports and dashboards; as well as optimizing existing reports, analytic tools, data sources, database queries and procedures to further pinpoint opportunities for improvement in the DCProficiency in latest reporting methods through Tableau and/or similar applicationsPerforms and leads quantitative analysis and participates in the development of recommendations to optimize processes and performance. Runs statistical analysis, and conducts data modeling to identify key issues and recommend possible solutionsPartner closely with cross functional leaders to develop and drive companywide analytics and visibility solutions to include capacity modeling, forecasting, and data simulationResponsible for DC network capacity modeling and analysis. Owns middle and long term DC capacity visibility for the CompanyPerforms and participates in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, and develops reports to track key metrics and resultsSupports Engineering, Operations Excellence, Planning, and Operations to calculate optimal system settings (case packs, ship units) to reduce handling and operating costs. The team also provides data analysis and reporting related to increasing optimization and performance improvementCollaborates with corporate business partners and DC leadership to understand business needs, and identify business analytics and reporting requirementsAble to lead and develop team of technical individual contributors. Able to mentor individual contributors and leaders across the organizationAdditional duties as assigned by managerScope Travel - Approximately 20% travel required, depending on home locationSupervisory Responsibility Direct: Non-exempt and exempt employeesRequirements:Education and/or Experience:BS in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math or Computer Science is highly preferred7+ years in Supply Chain. 5+ in technical leadership positionHighly self-motivated and directedStrong collaboration and relationship building skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsWorking knowledge of Excel, Oracle SQL, and TableauFamiliarity with Manhattan Associates WMSFlexible and adaptable to learning new technologiesAbility to conduct statistical analysis and apply analytical best practices and methodologiesA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected as part of the job performance, and must be able to rely on judgment to accomplish goalsLI-PG1
