Sr. Mechanical Engineer - Kelly Services : Job Details

Designing precision motion stages and components, electromechanical system parts and assemblies in CAD environment. Solid. Works preferred. Generating drawings for parts and assemblies. Documentation as per FDA and Company SOP requirements. Modeling and simulation of design components, such as dynamic system modeling, kinematic modeling, structural, and thermal analysis Building prototypes. Supporting production tasks, such as inspections, trouble-shooting assemblies and testing. Writing and updating work instructions per production and quality feedback. Finding and managing vendors for prototyping and manufacturing. Creating test fixtures including instrumenting with data acquisition systems and programming. Unit and system testing of prototype designs. Supporting production for method sheet creation, tooling, and process qualification. Mentoring junior engineers to help in their growth and development.
