Job Summary:
The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for Product Improvement and Sustaining Engineering.
Product Improvement: Responsible for product improvement initiatives of mechanical and hydraulic components primarily used in aircraft brake control systems, as well as seat actuation system components. Identifies product and/or process improvements, provides justification, and implements approved improvements.
Sustaining Engineering: Provides technical assistance to all internal departments, suppliers, and customers as it relates to manufacturing, assembly, and test of mechanical products. Prepares documents required to define products, or changes thereof, and shows verification of analytics.

Mechanical Engineer III - $106,700 to $149,300
Mechanical Engineer IV - $129,500 to $177,200
Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
