Ensure that all documentation is recorded and fed through appropriate channels in an accurate and timely manner. Works closely with the Well Readiness Planner, Site Cost Engineer, and other members of the home office team, including the Process & Construction Department, to achieve the integrated overall project plan.The Superintendent will work with governmental agencies to comply with state and local regulations and local land owners to maintain Marathon's reputation as a Safe, Clean and Responsible operator. Provides project controls expertise related to the integration, control and management of projects; specifically project planning and scheduling, progress measurement, and risk management. Manage relationships with contractors to achieve safe and cost-effective operations.Implements and adheres to policies, plans, processes, interfaces, andreporting, etc., to organize and schedule project work, taking intoaccount time and resource constraints.The Superintendent will work with governmental agencies to comply withstate and local regulations and local land owners to maintain Marathon'sreputation as a Safe, Clean and Responsible operator.
